A warm and welcoming Palm Beach family is seeking an experienced Domestic Couple to oversee their 15,000 sq. ft. Southampton estate. This is a hands-on, long-term position where you’ll work together to maintain the home at the highest standards, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for the family and their guests.

The ideal couple is discreet, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a passion for hospitality. While the home operates in a casual setting most of the time, expectations for professionalism, efficiency, and top-tier service remain high.

Responsibilities

Household Management & Maintenance

• Ensure the home is always pristine, welcoming, and well-stocked
• Oversee vendors, contractors, and household services
• Manage preventative maintenance schedules
• Light handyman tasks and exterior upkeep, including leaf blowing and minor repairs

Housekeeping & Laundry

• Maintain all rooms, hallways, and living areas
• Dust, vacuum, and polish high-end surfaces, antiques, and furnishings
• Handle laundry and ironing, including fine linens, bed sheets, and wardrobe care

Culinary & Hospitality

• Prepare healthy, family-style meals as needed
• Assist with bartending and serving for guests when entertaining
• Stock groceries and household essentials

Transportation & Errands

• Drive the family and guests to airports, restaurants, and local destinations
• Maintain and service household vehicles
• Handle shopping, deliveries, and online orders

Animal Care Responsibilities

• Daily feeding, fresh water, and cage cleaning for a pet bird
• Care for a small flock of chickens, including feeding, cleaning the coop, and collecting eggs

Technology & Household Systems

• Manage smart home systems such as Crestron, troubleshoot Wi-Fi, and oversee home automation
• Assist with online scheduling, shopping, and household correspondence

Qualifications

• Trustworthy, proactive, and service-minded
