Our team is comprised of professionals with experience as successful placement specialists and private service professionals. Our security team has extensive experience working within the finest estates and homes across the United States. This knowledge and expertise gives us a unique understanding of our clients’ needs as well as our candidates’ experience.

Casa Bella Residential Staffing has a rigorous vetting process for our candidates. We require all candidates to have prior professional experience working in fine private homes/estates. Candidates must also provide verifiable references from previous employers and must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Our team personally interviews each candidate to review their work history, credentials and personality. We conduct a standard background check to include criminal and driving records, and at the client’s request we can also conduct a more intensive screening to include additional due diligence on any selected candidate.

We invest in gathering all the details of your home environment and lifestyle, so we can find the best candidates for your staffing needs.

Job description

Once you’ve signed our agreement for our services, we turn an experienced eye on crafting just the right job description(s) for your staffing needs, and begin the search using our extensive database and premier resources..

Candidate selection

We move on to conduct pre-screening interviews to determine top potential candidates. Our proprietary process ensures that you’re presented with the best fit(s) for your household staffing needs.

Background Check

Once you decide to interview any of our candidates, we conduct our standard background check which includes criminal and driving records. We also work with a leading independent investigator who does a thorough background investigation at our client’s request for an additional charge. This includes extensive character checks to determine the integrity of your chosen candidate and to uncover any hidden criminal or derogatory behavior.


We help coordinate first and second interviews with your top preferences, including all necessary follow-up, to ensure your time is used efficiently and effectively.

Trial period

In some cases, you may want a test-run with a given candidate before making an offer, and we coordinate the details to ensure your comfort and convenience.

Candidate is hired

We assist you in negotiating employment terms so you can confidently complete the process and finalize your new hire.

Once the offer is made and accepted, we are here to provide additional services to help ensure all goes smoothly. If you’d like assistance in accelerating the effective acclimation of your new staff, we are happy to provide written routines and schedules for them to follow on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. We are also always available for questions and mediation during this crucial adjustment period… and beyond.

Beyond domestic staffing placement services, we offer a wide-range of related services including specialized training for new and/or existing staff, setting up a new property (including summer/winter home, yacht, private plane and so on), creating customized home manuals and directories, and residence management, among other offerings.
