Estate or Property Manager

Similar to the chief of staff, the estate manager is responsible for all aspects of managing a large private estate and/or multiple properties, the grounds, vendors and the staff required to maintain the household. However, this role does not manage other estate managers.

An estate manager professional has excellent managerial and organizational skills, is personable, operates well under pressure, has a sound judgment and is precise in decision making. He/she will be responsible for overseeing multiple budgets and/or accounts. He/she is responsible for overseeing any construction/renovation projects as well as large social events, will attend to any requests from the principals and delegate these requests to household staff. While always maintaining the privacy of the principals.

Estate manager professionals are required to have a strong technology and accounting background.
